WIETC follows Singapore standards in construction technical training, and the passing rate reaches 85%. In 2000, the Company deployed 289 builders to work in overseas constrution projects. In 2002, WIETC cooperated with China State Construction Engineering Corporation Singapore Company and started to deploy construction workers to Singapore. Up to now, over 14,000 construction workers have been deployed overseas including plasterers, inlayers, carpenters, steel fixers, scaffolders, plumbers, electricians, pipe fitters, electric welders, etc., among whom 3,000 interns were sent to Japan. In 2016, the Company was approved under the agreement between Chinese and Israeli governments to recruit and deploy construction workers to Israel..
