Ambassador Li Yan and His Delegation Inspected Our Company's Cassava Planting and Processing Industrial Park in the Republic of the Congo
On the afternoon of March 26th, the Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of the Congo, Li Yan, and his delegation inspected the Cassava Planting and Processing Industrial Park, which is under construction by our company. They were accompanied by Li Junhai, Chairman of our company's Labor Union and General Manager of WIETC Zhengwei (Republic of the Congo) Company, Xu Yunzhi, General Manager of WIETC Mozambique Company, and Tian Xuedan, General Manager of Shengsheng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. of the Republic of the Congo.

Ambassador Li and his delegation first visited the living quarters and office area of the park, and GM Tian Xuedan briefed them on the construction of the park. The park is about to start the transformation of fermentation technology and is promoting the reclamation of more than 5,000 hectares of land and cassava planting. The pilot production is scheduled to begin in April this year.
Later on, Ambassador Li and his delegation visited the tapioca production and packaging workshop, central control room, laboratory, boiler room, water treatment room, diesel tank farm, spare parts warehouse, and living area for local staff, and gained a detailed understanding of the tapioca production process, market prospects, and local employment.

Ambassador Li Yan spoke highly of our company's Cassava Planting and Processing Industrial Park and encouraged us to maintain the momentum for the early completion and operation of the park, actively fulfill social responsibilities, and play a greater role in promoting the agricultural cooperation and emotional resonance of the people between China and Congo.
